What orders qualify for Free Shipping?
All orders over $100 qualify for Free Shipping automatically applied at checkout.
Order processing times
Orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. Orders placed Friday through Monday will ship on the following Tuesday unless otherwise stated.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with a tracking number for your reference.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer Free Local Delivery within a 10 mile radius of 03842. Just check the "Free Local Delivery" option at check out.
Do you offer in-store Pick Up?
Yes, we offer Free In Store Pick up. Shop online and select "Free In Store Pick Up" at checkout. You will receive a follow up text message to arrange for pick up during business hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate- 2 day whenever possible, unless otherwise stated and a tracking number will be provided.
What if I didn't receive my shipment?
Please email info@ecochic.shop within 7 days of your order to report a lost package so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
